The club’s 55th annual 25 miles time trial was held at Loxwood on Sunday 22 October with 41 riders competing for some of the £1,287 prize list. After particularly wet days on both Wednesday and Saturday, a dry and sunny day was most welcome. Chris McNamara, Sigma Sports RT, produced a brilliant performance in 52:23, 83 seconds ahead of the Mitre’s Cris Coxon who had won the event in 2021. Without our best riders to back him, we were unable to take the team award this year.
